Tissue regeneration is the treatment of the future and provides the solution of many problems with the patients’; own progenitor cells. Autologous regenerative therapy is the treatment applied with one’s own cells taken from the person’s own body. Adipose tissue taken from the patient by the collection method called “harvesting”, contains abundant stromal vascular cells (SVF). When the adipose tissue containing these healing and regenerative cells is injected into the problematic area of the person’s own body
after the special separation of the cells, it provides a great regenerative and healing process. One of the tissues containing the highest amount of stromal vascular cells in our body is adipose tissue, and specifically, the adipose tissue in the belly. When autologous (person’s own) adipose tissue is used for regenerative treatment, collecting samples just under the skin gives the greatest chance of success. Here, Otolog 15 (Seffiline), an autologous regenerative treatment system, gives access only to this layer thanks to its special guided cannula, and it is possible to collect samples from the tissue with the highest regenerative cell content without going deep.
Since it is not possible to go deep with the autologous 15 system (Seffiline), collecting samples from the superficial subcutaneous tissue provides maximum safety. In addition, scientific studies have shown that the viability rate is quite high in the samples collected with the Seffiline system, which increases the regeneration power.
Autologous 15 is applied in gynecology to support the spontaneous regeneration of mucosa, collagen and elastic fibers to provide both functional and aesthetic healing in the female genital area. It provides extremely effective and successful results in the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause.
